In my opinion, Irresponsible people throw rubbish into rivers. because they don't think about the impact it will have on other people and the environment. environment for example, the impact on the environment becomes polluted and can cause flooding. and not only that, throwing away rubbish caressly can cause health

problems for humans. So it's best not to throw it

any rubbish into the river so that the river looks clean and not polluted.
